It has been one month already since this year´s Suprfit Herkules Games 2015 took place for the 3rd time in Kassel (GER) – reason enough to look back on a great event!

From the beginning, the aim of CrossFit has been to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness and to prepare for the unknown and unknowable.
